LA GIARDINIERA DI GIADA

La Giardiniera di Giada (Giada’s pinckled vegetables), is produced by La Giardiniera di Morgan. It is a selection of crunchy sweet and sour vegetables preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. Very colorful and rich, it is perfectly paired with cured meats, bluefish, tuna or salmon.

PURPLE ONIONS WITH CAPERS

The Purple Onions from La Giardiniera di Morgan have been marinated in a mix of vinegar and oil. They offer a savory and inviting flavor, enriched by the well-known saltiness of Sicilian capers that makes the perfect balance in taste.
