THE ORIGINS
Our company was founded in 1950
Our company was founded in 1950 by Marino Stefanini, who began his first distribution of extra virgin olive oil, selecting the best oils from the farms where he had worked as a farmer until then.
Initially, production was limited to the sale of demijohns and bulk oil in a small shop, next to which our shop now stands.
He later tried selling quality extra virgin olive oil in restaurants in thriving Northern Italy.
70'-80' YEARS
At the end of the years ’60 Augusto Stefanini, son of Marino, actively participated in the innovation of the family business. Starting an era of development and growth with the construction of a new building and warehouse where production finds more processing space and state-of-the-art machinery.
This will allow us to expand the production landscape by introducing the sale of new formats such as bottles, bottles, and milk.
90’ YEARS
The corporate point of sale is inaugurated, destined in a short time to become a point of reference for our customers. Along with oil, typical products of excellence are offered.
THE NEW MILLENNIUM
With the new millennium, progress does not stop, the company renews itself in its structures and machinery, with the aim of maintaining high product quality.
The family tradition continues with the arrival of a new member to the company, Simone, who brings with him great passion and knowledge of the sector. With Simone, a new chapter of business development opens.
In July 2024, a serious fire destroyed the main warehouse, severely testing the company’s future. With the determination of the family and the support of all employees, the decision was made not to stop.
September 2025, with great pride and satisfaction, the new tanks are placed in the company’s newly completed warehouse, built in less than a year and equipped with all the necessary features to store and maintain our oil.
