The “San Piero in Campo” is born among the vineyards of Montecarlo and a complex and silky red, lying about a pleasant roundness on the palate. Aged for 18 months in oak barriques and subsequently rested in the bottle, it has an intense ruby red color and enveloping aromas of dark chocolate, tobacco and vanilla, enriched with balsamic notes and licorice.
